RLR ships worldwide and uses UPS, USPS and truck freight for shipments inside the continental U.S. 

Handling charges are sometimes listed on the product page and may be applied to your order at checkout.

For chassis and other large components that require crated shipments, a crate charge will be applied. These items must be crated, and then shipped via truck freight.  Crate charges for chassis, chassis kits, roll bars and other large items will be either quoted on the product page, at checkout or charged when they ship.  Sometimes there will be more delivery options to make.  Such as appointment, lift gate required, residential, business delivery, limited access, insurance, pick up at terminal etc.  The shippers base charges on these factors, your address and/or others.  You may be contacted for further information by RLR to process your order.  The purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges.

International shipments will sometimes require additional options.

 All parts, labor, shipping, or any other services that RLR makes or performs are to be paid in full, including shipping charges, before shipping.  Orders that are cancelled after a deposit(s) has been made are subject to a 20% fee to cover all charges.

All items sold are for racing purposes only and shall not be used on the street!  The purchaser determines the correct use for these products.  RLR manufactures products to the strictest NHRA standards. There are no warranties, written or implied.

Refund Policy

How do I return an item?

   Contact us for written authorization.  Original sales receipt must accompany returns. We accept returns for exchange or refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in “new, unaltered and unused condition”. Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• Without showing signs of wear or damage in any way

• Within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)

• Must not be a special order or a custom order

• Unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item’s particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

All sales are final. Parts and labor are sold on a development basis. There is no warranty stated or implied due to the unusual stress placed on racing parts and we have no control over how they are installed and used.
